What “fair use” actually means here
Fair use isn't a trapdoor. It's a soft threshold we monitor so we can keep the platform stable for the other 99% of customers who aren't hitting it.
- We tell you at 80% — never at 100%, never silently
- Approaching a soft limit means a conversation, not a throttle
- Hard limits are listed here, not buried in a 12-page T&C
- If we change a limit, we change it on existing customers last and notify in advance
- Add-on capacity is published à la carte if you actually need more

We publish them so you know exactly where the room ends. Not so you worry about hitting them.
