Pre-launch transparency notice. Until our finalised terms are published, the service is governed by 20i Limited's upstream Terms of Service for hosting infrastructure, plus the principles below.

What we're promising

UK data residency by default for hosting, email, and DNS
Published, honest fair-use limits per /limits
No long contracts — cancel any time with no termination fee
Full data export on request: sites, mailboxes, databases, DNS zones
14–60-day backup retention depending on plan; restore on request
Notification before any limit or pricing change

What we expect from you

Stay within published fair-use limits (we'll flag at 80%)
No unlawful content, malware distribution, phishing, or spam
Comply with 20i's upstream acceptable use policy
Keep your account details and API keys secure
Pay invoices on time — we'll always give 14 days' notice before any service interruption for non-payment

Refunds & cancellation

Monthly plans: cancel any time, no refund for the current month. Annual plans: pro-rata refund of unused months on cancellation within the first 30 days of signup. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep service through the paid period.

Limitation of liability

Full liability terms will be finalised in the post-launch document. Standard UK SaaS limitation of liability applies — liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, misconfiguration on your side, or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
