Who we are
HostHustler is a trading brand of the Rajoka portfolio, Birmingham, UK. We resell hosting and email infrastructure from 20i Limited (UK), the data centre operator and processor for the underlying platform.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, billing address, VAT details
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers
- Service data: domain names, mailbox names, DNS records, site contents you host with us
- Usage data: API request logs, dashboard activity, support correspondence
Where your data lives
UK data residency by default. Hosting, mailbox, DNS, and database infrastructure runs in ISO 27001-certified UK data centres operated by 20i. We do not route hosting traffic via the US.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, and erase your personal data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@hosthustler.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

The full list of sub-processors will be published before paid launch. Primary processor: 20i Limited (UK) for hosting, email, DNS, and SSL infrastructure.
