Move-In Service
Bring your whole portfolio.
We coordinate the cutover.
Moving one site is easy. Moving twelve brands plus their mailboxes without dropping mail or breaking DNS isn't. We've done it for the Rajoka portfolio. We do it for you on every plan, at no extra cost.
Process
Six steps. Nothing live until you sign off.
STEP 01
Inventory call
You give us the list — every brand, current host, mailbox count, DNS state, anything custom. 30 minutes. We write the spec.
STEP 02
Staged copies
We bring each site across to a staged copy on HostHustler. Nothing public yet. You browse the staging URLs and check every site behaves correctly.
STEP 03
Cutover schedule
We propose a brand-by-brand cutover schedule with specific timings — usually overnight or weekend windows. You approve or reschedule.
STEP 04
Mailbox migration
Mailboxes copy across in parallel. Mail-flow tests run from both sides before we touch DNS. Zero mail dropped during cutover.
STEP 05
DNS switch
We update DNS on the schedule we agreed. TTLs pre-lowered. Most brands are live in seconds, all live within the standard DNS propagation window.
STEP 06
Post-move check
We monitor every brand for 72 hours. Old host kept warm for 30 days as fallback. Sign-off when you're happy.
In scope
What's included
- Hosting · WordPress · static sites · custom apps
- Email mailboxes · forwarders · aliases · catch-alls
- Domain transfers · DNS records · SSL re-issue
- Database exports / imports with checksum verification
- Coordinated DNS schedule across all your brands
- Mailbox mail-flow testing before each cutover
- 30-day fallback to your old host if anything regresses
- Direct WhatsApp during cutover windows
Out of scope
What we don't do
Being honest about scope is part of operator discipline.
- Major code refactors of broken sites
- Theme or plugin development
- Re-architecting brittle infrastructure (we'll flag and quote separately)
- Migration from on-prem corporate Exchange (talk to us first)
Bringing more than 10 brands?
Book a Move-In call and we'll scope the full portfolio schedule with you — including any client-facing notifications and out-of-hours cutover windows.
Start with one brand to test the process.
You don't have to move everything at once. Bring one brand, see how the Move-In works, then schedule the rest.
